Shareholding structure

Piteco S.p.A.’s share capital amounts to € 30.795.895,25 broken down into 20.184.245 dematerialised freely transferable ordinary shares with no par value and with regular entitlement, previously admitted to trading on the AIM Italia market and since 25 September 2018 admitted to trading on the Mercato Telematico Azionario market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The Issuer has issued ordinary shares only and there are no other types of shares granting voting or other rights aside from the ordinary shares.

On July 31, 2015, the Company issued 1.189 convertible bonds and also approved the capital increase to service the convertible bond loan. On July 31, 2020 (expiry date of the Convertible Bond Loan), 77 convertible bonds were redeemed, the conversion of which has not been requested. In total, n.1.112 convertible bonds have been converted by assigning n.1.112.000 of ordinary shares.
