Piteco system for the reconciliation of financial transactions at Adepa

Adepa Italia relied on Piteco for the implementation of an automatic reconciliation system for transactions on movable assets – securities, bonds, deposits and forex – and for the securities portfolio, between the front-end Bloomberg AIM system and the back-end Temenos-Multifonds system. The goal was to achieve constant alignment between the market platform and NAV calculation data, and thus boost the quality of the underlying administrative services. The Piteco’s financial transaction reconciliation project took shape in the implementation of a detailed and refined software solution that relies on a highly specialised system of reconciliation rules, based on asset type as well as transaction type, to perform controls as well as integrate any differences between cash movements present in the two different environments.
